Domaine Olympe
A demo for wedding and event venues: couples send a structured request, and the venue follows every request from first contact to confirmation.

Venue workflow
Overview
Domaine Olympe is a fictional wedding venue in Gordes, Provence, built as an Olympe Studio demo. Visitors fill in a three-step request instead of a contact form. An “Espace du domaine” (venue area) button switches to the other side, where each request arrives complete and moves through Request → Visit → Proposal → Confirmed. No real data is stored.
Problem
Venues often receive incomplete requests, then need several rounds of emails before they have what they need to answer: the date, the number of guests, whether people need to stay over, the kind of event.
What I built
- A three-step form that asks for the type of event, the date, the number of guests — with the venue's capacity shown right under the field — and accommodation needs.
- A venue interface listing requests with the date, client, event, number of guests, accommodation and a status: new request, visit planned, proposal sent, confirmed.
- Click a row to see where the request stands: Request → Visit → Proposal → Confirmed.
Technical decisions
Qualify at the source
The questions are the ones a venue would ask in the first email anyway. Asking them in the form, one step at a time, means the first message already contains what's needed to reply.
One place for the request and its progress
What the visitor fills in is what the venue sees, and the status and progress of each request live next to it in a dedicated interface — instead of being scattered between an inbox and a spreadsheet.
Built to be re-skinned
The demo can be adapted to a different venue without rebuilding the interface, which is what makes it useful as a sales tool.
